The story behind how our company was founded

Anthony Sandoval is a seasoned real estate investor with over 10 years of experience and more than 100 successful deals under his belt. His journey began with a deeply personal goal — helping his parents retire by the age of 33 — and evolved into a purpose-driven career focused on guiding others to financial freedom. He’s also played a key role in helping his sister build a thriving property management company overseeing 40 rental units. Anthony’s passion lies in educating, empowering, and leading by example through a collaborative, go-giver approach that uplifts homeowners, investors, and agents alike.

Jenni White, a resident of Altadena, California, brings a unique perspective to the company. Having lived through the Eaton Canyon fires, she knows firsthand how devastating property loss and uncertainty can be. As a real estate investor, serial entrepreneur, and community leader — most recently through her work with The Altadena Coalition — Jenni has always been driven by a desire to create real impact where it matters most. Her personal connection to the community and understanding of real-life challenges fuel her commitment to helping others make informed, empowered decisions about their homes.
